What the Kress Warranty Covers

The warranty guarantees that your Kress product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect arises under normal use, Positec will repair or replace the tool free of charge during the warranty period.

What the Kress Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions resulting from:

  • Natural wear and tear of the product, components, or accessories (e.g. cables, blades, belts, brushes, clamping devices).
  • Mechanical damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the operating manual.
  • Overheating, overloading, mechanical stress, or entry of liquids, insects, or debris.
  • Failure caused by power supply non-compliance.
  • Repairs made outside an authorized Kress service centre or with non-original parts.
